Because many of our products are handmade, custom, personalized, or made to order, custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For eligible non-custom items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you would like to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
